How AP Works
From Opportunity to Execution

3
We Manage the Contract
If AP is awarded the contract, we coordinate communication, documentation, performance, and payment throughout the project while the subcontractor performs the work within their area of expertise.
2
We Match the Right Contractor
AP reviews our registered contractor database and contacts qualified companies whose services fit the opportunity. We confirm availability, pricing, and required qualifications before moving forward.
1
We Find the Opportunity
AP reviews government contracting opportunities and looks for work that matches the services in our registered contractor database.
How We Make Money

AP Contract Solutions does not charge contractors to register, and there are no subscription or membership fees. When AP pursues a government opportunity, we build our management and profit into the overall contract price.
The subcontractor provides pricing for the work they will perform, and AP is responsible for managing the contract, communication, documentation, coordination, and administration.
Our goal is to create a structure where the subcontractor is paid fairly for the work while AP earns its profit for managing the contract.
Why We Request Information
AP requests information such as licenses, insurance, capabilities, certifications, and business details so we can determine whether a contractor is qualified for a specific government opportunity.
This information helps us match the right contractor to the right scope of work, confirm required qualifications and avoid wasting your time with opportunities that do not fit your company.
We only request information that helps us evaluate contractor readiness, compliance, and fit for potential work.
